While we do our best to keep everything clean, safe, and running smoothly, we can’t be held responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, delays, or losses that may occur before, during, or after your rental.

• When you book The Play Shed, you’re renting our space for a set amount of time. You bring the party, the people, and the snacks—we provide the cute, clean space to celebrate.

• Your deposit holds your date and is non-refundable. This helps us avoid last-minute flakes (no shade, just facts).

• You’re responsible for your crew—that means keeping an eye on the kids, respecting the space, and wrapping up on time.

• Stuff happens, we get it—we’ll do our best to be flexible when life throws curveballs, but we do have policies in place (like cancellation windows and clean-up expectations).
